The center’s roots date back to the early days of mobile phone customer service. The facility itself is arguably one of the most modern in Germany and has just been completed. It is located right next to the legendary Film Park in Potsdam-Babelsberg. At the Potsdam location, teams with often many years of experience across a wide range of industries work in a 5,500-square-meter facility. The service units are characterized by a high degree of flexibility; if necessary, projects can also quickly draw on the resources of snt-regiocom’s locations in neighboring Berlin.
Due to structural requirements, the installation of a fire-rated partition wall on the hallway side was necessary. This was achieved using the Goldbach Kirchner T46 partition wall system with centrally located F30 fire-rated glazing. The passageways are equipped with F30 aluminum-framed doors, some of which are double-leaf, and feature overhead door closers with integrated closing sequence control.
