With the move to its own building, the focus shifted toward confidential discussions, for which quiet and discretion are of the utmost importance. To meet these requirements, the Sparkasse opted for a freestanding room-in-room solution.
The choice fell on the GK CUBE product series, which allows for flexible room design independent of the building’s grid layout. A total of five freestanding Cubes were successfully integrated into the new premises. This decision enabled the Sparkasse to conduct client meetings in a visually and acoustically protected environment,
The GK CUBEs were specially equipped for consultation purposes and meet the highest standards for sound insulation. This not only ensures the confidentiality of conversations but also creates a quiet atmosphere for both customers and advisors. The curtains integrated into the Cubes provide additional privacy by allowing them to be closed when needed.
The climate control and electrical systems in the Cubes fully meet the Sparkasse’s requirements. The self-contained design of the Cubes allows for independent regulation of climate and ventilation, ensuring optimal adaptation to users’ needs without relying on the building’s technical systems during installation.
In addition to the room-in-room solutions, all furniture, cabinets, the reception desk, and the seating were supplied by office furnisher SBS Objekt GmbH. The well-thought-out furnishings not only support the functionality of the spaces but also contribute to the Sparkasse’s overall concept.
With the successful implementation of these solutions, Sparkasse Miltenberg Obernburg has created a contemporary and discreet environment for confidential discussions that meets the high standards of customer service and advisory quality.
