The cubist-inspired, three-dimensional façade is punctuated by a horizontal glass panel that opens the building up to the city and elegantly blends indoor and outdoor spaces.
The tenant fit-out was completed for Seven Senders, a leading delivery platform for international parcel shipping. Goldbach Kirchner’s all-glass partition systems were used, offering full transparency while providing effective acoustic separation.
For open and flexible work environments, the floor-to-ceiling single-pane glazing completely eliminates vertical profiles. The glass panels are secured at the top and bottom with narrow 27 mm aluminum profiles.
In addition to its use in modern buildings with transparent architecture, the T50 all-glass system partition is also suitable for room division in renovated or historic properties. Office units can thus be separated in an almost weightless manner. Load-bearing elements are reduced to a minimum; the glass surfaces allow the existing room architecture to shine through.
The building is certified LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold and boasts an environmentally friendly carbon footprint thanks to an efficient district heating system. The possible office configurations prioritize maximum flexibility. The proportion of glass partitions in the office spaces exceeds 20%—durable, flexible, and fully reusable.
