The mission statement provides staff with a binding framework designed to help them find their bearings and identify more fully with their role in providing care and support. While it does not replace individual professional and personal judgment in day-to-day practice, it does offer guidance and support.

“Together instead of alone!” is the guiding principle that runs like a common thread through the entire care facility. To put this into practice, the premises are designed to be bright and inviting. Common areas and shared kitchens create the necessary feel-good atmosphere.

The nursing home consists of 46 care beds, a day care facility for 18 users, as well as a dental office and a pharmacy. The second component is a residential building with 13 assisted living units and a common room.
