The neighborhood development made possible by Stuttgart 21 is one of the largest local urban development projects in recent decades in the capital of Baden-Württemberg.

A contemporary, modern complex is being built on the site between Rosensteinstraße and Eckartstraße under the motto "Live. Work. Live."

Each use has its own designated area—from micro-apartments to rental units to offices. Green spaces in the traffic-free courtyard, a café, and a grocery store create gathering spots and foster a vibrant community. Green roofs with solar panels contribute to the sustainability of the neighborhood, which has received DGNB Gold certification.

In the “Rosenstein Trio”: new micro-apartments and residential units

The “Rosenstein Trio” consists of three buildings with micro-apartments, rental apartments, office space, and commercial space.

Plans call for 262 new apartments with 11,200 square meters of gross floor area: 44 of these will be 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, while the remaining 218 are planned as micro-apartments. Compact living space (for temporary stays) in the form of micro-apartments is in high demand, particularly in major cities like Stuttgart, for example for students, young professionals, and commuters.
