OPES Campus M70, Munich Geiger Turnkey Construction

The Campus for a World in Motion

Forward-looking planning, sustainable quality

June 2020 marked the start of construction on the MO’ANDER mega-project and the OPES Campus M70 in Munich, which is being carried out by the Munich branch of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau.

This forward-looking neighborhood is characterized by a consistently sustainable energy concept that meets the highest environmental standards.

The office floors of the OPES Campus are designed with flexible tenant-specific finishes to accommodate the diverse needs of future occupants. One floor was occupied by the Munich branch of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau GmbH itself. This space impresses with its airy, transparent design, made possible by all-glass walls in the T50 partition system. In addition, some of the offices are equipped with double-leaf all-glass doors. The glass frames and door casings of the doors and walls were finished in an elegant bronze tone to match the window facade, lending the entire space a harmonious and stylish ambiance.

A consistently sustainable energy concept underscores OPES Immobilien’s commitment to environmentally friendly and future-oriented construction. The OPES Campus M70 thus sets new standards for sustainable building and modern working in Munich.
