FOUR Frankfurt

The vision of a new city with four skyscrapers

The large-scale FOUR project in Frankfurt is an impressive example of modern urban development that addresses the challenges of climate change and the urban housing shortage.

With its forward-looking architecture and combination of residential, work, and recreational spaces, it creates not only a new urban living environment but also a sustainable and socially balanced community.

Architectural Highlights and Views

The four high-rises, which soar up to 233 meters into the sky, not only serve as architectural highlights but also offer breathtaking views of the city. The inclusion of 600 apartments of various sizes, including affordable housing, demonstrates a commitment to social diversity. Additionally, high-quality office spaces and hotels create a vibrant urban atmosphere.

Green Oases and Sustainable Water Management

Particularly noteworthy are the green oases and the rooftop terrace, which not only contribute to relaxation but also function as part of a well-designed water management system.

High-quality interior finishes in office spaces

In keeping with the building complex’s DGNB Platinum certification, high-quality interior finishes were also prioritized for the office spaces. In the first phase, Goldbach Kirchner manufactured 1,000 m² of office space and installed it on-site. In addition to accent furniture and reception desks, approximately 360 m² of wall paneling was installed.
