Last Sunday, we represented Team GK Runners at the 2026 Wings for Life World Run in Gelnhausen.
The Wings for Life World Run is a global charity run where all participants start at the same time and run for spinal cord research. What makes it special: Instead of a finish line, a “Catcher Car” chases the runners until it catches up with them. We hit the starting line with team shirts, plenty of motivation, and lots of team spirit. Even our Swiss colleagues diligently racked up kilometers via the Run app!
We had a blast, enjoyed a fantastic day together, and covered an incredible 128.04 km as a team! And the best part: we did some good in the process.
