On April 23, 2026, we welcomed 10 girls and 5 boys to our facility in Geiselbach for Girls’ & Boys’ Day!
Girls’ & Boys’ Day is a nationwide career exploration event. Students get the chance to get a taste of different career fields and discover new perspectives for their professional future — especially in areas where women or men have traditionally been underrepresented.
The girls had the chance to learn more about the “carpenter” profession and spent the day in the carpentry shop working on hands-on tasks, such as building a birdhouse. Meanwhile, the boys gained interactive insights into the “office management assistant” profession in our administrative department. Everyone enjoyed a guided tour of the entire company, which generated a lot of excitement.
We received so much positive feedback from the kids about the day, and everyone went home with beaming smiles. THANK YOU to all the colleagues who supported this event and represented Goldbach Kirchner. We were once again able to position ourselves as an attractive company and will certainly remain in the children’s minds!
