As an office management assistant, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of our administrative processes and rotate through all departments, including purchasing, work planning, and human resources.

First, I check my emails or any notes left on my desk to get a sense of what’s on the agenda for today. Depending on which department I’m in at the moment, I read documents and prepare audit materials, review order confirmations, or organize various documents. Throughout the day, colleagues or business partners contact me, and I help them find solutions to their problems or refer them to the appropriate person. My days are very varied, unique, and seem to fly by.
