Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)
If you’re a tech enthusiast with a knack for hands-on work, this career is perfect for you! You’ll work with modern machines and equipment and learn how to operate them properly. But that’s not all: you’ll dive deep into the subject matter and learn how to program, set up, and maintain machines. You’ll also learn industry-specific manufacturing techniques and implement quality assurance measures.
Our machinery has a lot to offer — from production machines for partition wall manufacturing to CNC-controlled machining centers, there’s always something new to learn.
- Training duration: 2 years.
With good academic and on-the-job performance, the training period may be shortened with the approval of the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the company.
Responsibilities
- You will work with conventional and CNC-controlled machines such as bending, forming, or milling machines, and ensure that they function flawlessly
- You commission the equipment and set it up for the required products
- You will check the quality of the product and make corrections as needed
- You will handle the inspection, maintenance, and any necessary repairs of the machines
Requirements
- Completed general secondary education: secondary school or junior high school
- Manual dexterity and an understanding of technical processes
- Enjoyment of working with technology
- Focused and organized work style
