As an IT Specialist in Application Development (m/f/d), you will develop and program software that we use directly in-house. The requirements are very diverse, as they are based on the actual need for software and solutions for our current client projects. You’ll be a great fit with us if you’re fascinated by mathematical concepts and if technical understanding and logical thinking are among your strengths.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll support us in setting up, maintaining, and updating our software applications. Training employees and providing IT support are also key parts of your varied daily routine.

• Duration of training: 3 years.
  With good academic and on-the-job performance, it is possible to shorten the training period with the approval of the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the company.

Responsibilities

• You will assist your colleagues with IT support, identify the root causes of their issues, and resolve them
• You will implement new software applications and train users on how to use them
• You update and assist with the maintenance of the programs we use daily
• You will develop software based on the company’s current needs
• You will familiarize yourself with the technology used in a modern business and ensure that it is always functioning properly

Requirements

• Completed general secondary education: high school / completed technical college entrance qualification
• Interest in mathematical and logical processes
• Very good computer skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and flexibility
